1. Quick Service

  • Applies only if fault can be rectified on the spot without the change of any internal spare parts.
  • Estimated completion time – 1 hr
  • Due to time constraints, cleaning and/or descaling cannot be performed during the 1-hour service

2. Minor Servicing (General Servicing)

Applicable only if no major parts require replacement.

Includes:

  • JURA Service System diagnostic
  • Full cleaning and revision of the brewer
  • Full cleaning and adjustment of the grinder
  • Full cleaning and descaling of the machine
  • Software upgrade (if applicable)
  • All minor parts used during servicing

3. Major Service

Includes:

  • All services under General / Minor Service
  • All minor and major parts used during servicing
  • Complimentary collection and return service 

We encourage clients to bring their machines to our service centre, as this allows for faster turnaround and a joint inspection to determine the most suitable solution.
However, if you are unable to do so, we would be happy to arrange a collection & return transportation service for you .
